DOCUMENTS & USE CASES
Create a client brief and share it by link
Gather goals, expectations and constraints before a project begins. Your client can answer through a shared link without creating an account.
Choose templateWhen is this useful?
Design studios, marketing agencies, photographers and consultants can use a brief to clarify goals, audiences, deliverables and approvals.
What to include
- Company, contact person and decision-maker
- Project goals and current situation
- Target audience and existing materials
- Deliverables, preferences and visual references
- Timing, budget indication and approval process
A practical example
A photographer prepares a team portrait session. The client enters the number of people, desired style, intended use and possible dates, then sends the completed PDF.
How to build it with Tabfields
Start with “Client brief” under “My templates → Requests & briefings”. It covers goals, audience, services, style, references, budget and dates. Adapt the questions to your offering. The client creates the completed PDF and sends it to you themselves.
Open the builder, adjust the questions and check the preview. “Share link” gives you a form link. The recipient fills it out, generates a PDF and downloads it or shares it through a supported app. No PDF is sent back automatically. Opening the builder does not load another template or replace your current draft.
The buttons open “Client brief” in the template catalog. Your current draft is replaced only after you confirm loading.
