Collect the product details and delivery information needed for an order. Customers fill in your questions through a link and pass the resulting PDF to your business.

Small manufacturers, print shops, clubs and local suppliers can use this for manageable product ranges that are processed personally afterwards.
What to include
- Customer or company and contact person

A practical example
A print shop asks a company for T-shirt sizes and quantities. The customer adds an address and requested date; the shop then confirms availability, printing details and price separately.
How to build it with Tabfields
Start with “Order form” under “My templates → Orders & jobs”. Add each item as a separate line with its name, variant, quantity and unit. Add delivery or collection details, a preferred date and a quotation reference if applicable. Availability, prices and dates are agreed personally afterwards; the template includes no payment or automatic order confirmation.
Open the builder, adjust the questions and check the preview. “Share link” gives you a form link. The recipient fills it out, generates a PDF and downloads it or shares it through a supported app. No PDF is sent back automatically. Opening the builder does not load another template or replace your current draft.
The buttons open “Order form” in the template catalog. Your current draft is replaced only after you confirm loading.
Common questions
Does it calculate the total price?
No. Automatic prices, tax and totals are not available.
Can the customer pay in the form?
No. There is no checkout or payment processing.
Is an order confirmation sent automatically?
No. The customer sends the PDF and the business confirms the order separately.
